基于总成特性的动力传动系统建模研究
A Research on Powertrain Modeling Based on Subsystem Characteristics
【摘要】 为实现汽车起步、加速、换挡的全工况仿真,提出了一种基于总成特性而用于驾驶模拟器的动力传动系模型。模型中离合器状态被分为分离、滑摩和接合3个相,而变速器则有空挡和非空挡两种状态,共组成了传动系运动学和力矩传递的6个组合相。为了离合器不同状态间的平稳过渡,建立了具有静动摩擦的离合器模型。起步换挡工况的仿真结果表明,所建动力传动系模型能较好地模拟汽车纵向加速性能,满足车辆动力学仿真要求。
【Abstract】 For carrying out starting,speeding up and shifting all condition simulation,a powertrain model is proposed,which is based on subsystem characteristics and is to be used in driving simulator. In the model,the states of clutch are divided into disengaged,engaging / slipping and engaged three phases,while transmission has neutral and non-neutral two states. So altogether six phase combinations of powertrain kinematics and torque transmission are composed. For the smooth transition of different clutch states,a clutch model with static and dynamic friction properties is built. The results of simulation verification on starting / shifting condition show that the powertrain model built can better simulate the longitudinal acceleration performance of vehicle,meeting the simulation requirements of vehicle dynamics.
