【Abstract】 By summarizing the problems of Agricultural Information Resources(AIR) development and the fundamental policies of AIR in developed countries,the paper discusses the characteristics and faultiness of AIR policies by investigating and analyzing all related policies about agricultural informationization that was issued by Chinese government since 2000.Importantly,the paper constructs the AIR policies framework which includes 7 aspects: service system innovation,institution information public sharing,standards & criterions,information resource sharing&intellectual property protecting,information resources integrating&storing,market regulation and effect&quality evaluation.更多还原
