【摘要】 虚拟科技创新团队的知识流动效率评价是知识管理的重要内容,是一个处理众多不确定性因素的复杂过程。以综合评价知识流动的实际水平和直接作用为思想,从知识流动水平、知识流量、知识存量增长三个维度构建了知识流动效率的评价指标体系。提出了采用能够有效处理不确定问题的D-S证据推理模型进行评价,将证据和评价主体意见进行综合,详细讨论了应用证据理论进行知识流动效率评价的具体算法步骤,并进行了实例分析,证明了算法的有效性和应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The efficiency evaluation of virtual technology innovation team’s knowledge flow is an important content of knowledge management,which is a complex process to deal with many uncertainties.With the comprehensive evaluation of the actual level and direct action of knowledge flow for thought,it constructs the knowledge flow efficiency evaluation index system from knowledge flow level,knowledge flows and knowledge stock growth three dimensions.It proposes using D-S evidence reasoning model that can deal with uncertain question effectively to evaluate,which integrate the evidence and evaluation subject opinions and discusses the concrete step of application for evidence theory.The case analysis shows that the evidence reasoning method is efficient and practical for knowledge flow efficiency evaluation.更多还原
