【摘要】 以CALIS专题特色数据库的元数据规范为例,分析了现有专题特色数据库建库软件在支持、消化元数据规范方面存在的问题及原因,提出采取合理设计元素结构、规范著录内容、细化元数据著录模板、用鼠标选取受控词或编码、支持元素可重复著录、检验元素必备性和唯一性、提供在线帮助等措施,以增强建库软件支持元数据规范的能力,提高元数据的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking metadata criterion of CALIS’s special database for example,the paper analyzes problems and their causes of existing special database software in supporting and digesting metadata criterion,and puts forward measures such as taking reasonable design element structure,standardizing description content,refining metadata description template,using the mouse to select controlled words or codes,support elements’ repeatable description,checkout elements’ necessity and uniqueness,and providing online help,etc.,to enhance the ability of software for database construction to support metadata criterion,and improve the quality of metadata.更多还原
