【Abstract】 Using the critical incident technique,this paper obtains the influencing factors of digital resources from the perspective of user perception.The paper further compares the importance of the influencing factors of digital resources with user satisfaction through empirical study,and attempts to better find out the shortages of digital resources in the system quality dimension,service quality dimension,and content quality dimension.The paper aims at promoting the continuous improvement and innovation of digital resources construction and service and increasing the satisfaction of digital resources users.更多还原
