【Abstract】 This paper uses the classical grounded theory,the semantics of game-theory and the practical wisdom to analyze the Folksonomy-based awakening of information itself,and the awakening of information consciousness and practical wisdom of the participants such as librarians and users,and puts forward a conceptual framework of information awakening to promote the regeneration and re-mining of information value so as to further wake up the sleeping information of university library,and improve the utilization rate of information resources.更多还原
