【摘要】 应用专家评分法构建高校图书馆社会化信息服务综合评价指标体系并进行实证研究,采用专家咨询法就评价模型的指标和权重进行两轮咨询评分,在此基础上,对评价指标体系的各级指标进行了量化和赋值;最后采用综合评分法构建评价模型。随机选取国内20所高校图书馆,应用本文的评价模型对其进行综合评价实证研究,构建综合评分评价模型。根据调查数据对目前高校图书馆社会化信息服务的功能和质量进行分析,并提出相应的对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper uses the expert evaluation method to construct the comprehensive evaluation index system of university library social information service for empirical study,and uses the expert consulting method to make 2 rounds of consulting evaluation of the indexes and weights of the evaluation model.On this basis,the indexes of the evaluation index system at all levels are quantified and valuated,and the evaluation model is constructed by the use of the comprehensive evaluation method.The paper selects 20 university libraries in China at random as the object,uses its evaluation model to make a comprehensive evaluation and an empirical study of them,and finally constructs the comprehensive grading and evaluation model.Based on the survey data,the paper analyzes the function and quality of the present university library social information service,and proposes some relevant countermeasures and advices.更多还原
