【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the concept and category of competitive intelligence,this paper proves the role of participation by all the staff in completing the intelligence and information channel,and the importance of knowledge creation in intelligence processing by the use of the theory of competitive advantages,the theory of resources basis,and the spiral theory of knowledge creation.On this basis,the paper proposes the component elements and operating mechanism of the all-the-staff mode,and the problems and obstacles in this mode.更多还原
