【摘要】 针对目前社会、企业对卓越工程师的需求,高校具有培养适应现代社会需求的卓越工程师的重要责任。本研究基于对卓越工程师培养面临的现实问题的分析,阐述了培养具有印刷特色的机械工程卓越工程师的目标定位,提出了制定完善的培养方案、建立有效的保障体系、设计切实可行的实施方案、发挥印刷特色优势的卓越工程师培养思路,总结了培养具有印刷特色的机械工程卓越工程师的有效途径与方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The excellence mechanical engineer cultivation is the social requirement,enterprise expectation and university responsibility. In this paper,based on the analysis of the main problems of higher education,the goal of talents cultivation of higher education under new circumstances was explained.A perfect cultivating plan of excellence mechanical engineer was put forward,an effective security system was built,an applicable implement measure was designed,and the advantage of training excellence mechanical engineer with printing characteristics was played.The methods and approaches of how to cultivate excellence mechanical engineer with printing characteristics were presented.更多还原
