【摘要】 目的探讨同期双侧肾盂癌的临床诊治要点和问题。方法回顾分析1994年至2011年我院收治的7例同期双侧肾盂癌患者的临床资料并进行随访,对其临床诊断和治疗方法、结果进行分析总结。结果 7例患者由术前影像学和细胞学检查初步诊断为同期双侧肾盂癌,根据患者病情和身体条件综合考虑,6例行一侧肾盂癌根治,对侧肿瘤段肾盂壁切除、残端肾盂输尿管吻合术,1例行腔内微创手术。术后7例患者均未出现大出血、感染等并发症。患者恢复良好,出院后辅助全身化疗和规律膀胱灌注,中位随访时间2年,开放手术患者均未出现尿路上皮癌复发。结论双侧肾盂癌患者行一侧肾盂癌根治,对侧局部肿瘤切除术,有利于提高患者生活质量,术后辅助化疗,效果可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment for homochronous and bilateral carcinoma of renal pelvis. Methods Clinical date of 7cases of homochronous and bilateral carcinoma of renal pelvis from 1994to 2011in our hospital were retrospectively reviewed. Results 7cases were diagnosed according to imaging data.6cases received radical surgery in one side and local excision in another side,and 1case received laparoscopic surgery.No postoperative complication was found.Total 7patients all recovered well,and received adjuvant chemotherapy and bladder instillation.Median follow-up time was 2years,and no recurrence was found in patients received open surgery. Conclusions The treatment of radical surgery in one side and local excision in another side can improve patient′s quality of life,and it is effective with adjuvant chemotherapy.更多还原
