【摘要】 目的探讨外周血血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)及碳酸酐酶IX(carbonic anhydrasesIX,CAIX)的检测在肾癌预后判断中的临床意义。方法收集30例经病理确诊的肾癌患者,检测其外周血血清中VEGF及CAIX的水平。结果 30例肾癌患者中出现转移7例(23.3%),肿瘤转移患者外周血血清VEGF水平明显高于无转移患者,而CAIX水平低于无转移组,差异有统计学意义;Cox回归分析显示检测外周血血清CAIX表达水平在肾癌转移诊断中有更高的敏感性。结论检测外周血血清CAIX水平可能有助于恶性肿瘤预后的判断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of serum VEGF and CAIX expression in prognosis of renal cell carcinoma (RCC). Methods We evaluated the expression level of serum VEGF and CAIX in RCC patients and their relationship of the prognosis of RCC. Results We found that the expression of VEGF was higher but the expression of CAIX was lower in metastatic patients than that of non-metastatic patients. Moreover, the expression of CAIX was found relative to prognosis of RCC patients. Conclusions The serum expression of CAIX can help to assume the prognosis of RCC metastasis.更多还原
