避雨栽培条件下红地球葡萄不同物候期光合特性初探

【摘要】 本试验主要研究了避雨栽培条件下红地球葡萄果实膨大期、转色期和成熟期的光合特性。结果表明:葡萄叶片的净光合速率(Pn)日变化呈双峰曲线,具有明显的光合"午休"现象;光饱和点(LSP)分别为1387.50、1335.71、1342.86μmol/(m2 s),光补偿点(LCP)分别为60.76、24.64、39.87μmol/(m2 s);CO2饱和点(CSP)分别为1095、1230、1035μmol/mol,CO2补偿点(CCP)分别为57.23、66.79、44.56μmol/mol。

【Abstract】 The photosynthetic characteristics of Red Globe in rain-shelter-cultivation during the fruit expanding stage,veraison and maturation period were measured.The results showed that the diurnal courses of Pn of Red Globe leaves in the three stages presented a double peak curve,and decreased at noon.The light saturation points of Red Globe in the three stages were 1387.5,1335.71 and 1342.86 μmol/(m2 s) respectively.The light compensation points were 60.76,24.64 and 39.87 μmol/(m2 s) respectively.The CO2saturation points were 1095,1230 and 1035 μmol/mol.The CO2compensation points were 57.23,66.79 and 44.56 μmol/mol.
