【摘要】 目的探讨中医穴位注射配合常规疗法对慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者免疫功能的影响。方法 60例AECOPD患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组采用常规疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上联用中医穴位注射治疗。观察2组免疫指标的变化。结果治疗组CD3、IgA、IgG、IgM较治疗前和对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在常规疗法的基础上联用中医穴位注射治疗能改善AECOPD患者免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection compounding of conventional therapy on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD) and the impacts of immunologic function. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each of 30 cases. The control group was trea- ted with conventional therapy,while the treatment group was given with acupoint injection in additional based on the control group. Then to observe the changes of immunologic function data. Results The levels of CD3,IgA,IgG and IgM of the treat- ment group were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 01).
