【摘要】 目的探讨沐舒坦治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重(AECOPD)患者的临床疗效。方法选择该院呼吸内科2012年2~8月住院确诊为AECOPD的患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。对照组采用常规治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用沐舒坦静脉推注。2组疗程均为14d,观察2组患者的症状、血氧饱和度及肺功能改善情况并分析。结果治疗组在临床疗效、症状控制时间及肺功能指标改善情况方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沐舒坦治疗AECOPD患者疗效确切、使用安全,可作为临床常规运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Mucosolvin on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( AECOPD). Methods 120 cases of inpatients diagnosed as AECOPD were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,60 cases each. The two groups were given with the conventional treatment,the treatment group was given with mucosolvin in additional. Both groups were treated for 14 days. Then to observe and analyze the amelioration of clinical symptoms,changes of SPO2,and the pulmonary function in 2 groups. Results The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,with a statistically significantly difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusions The mucosolvin has a definite curative effect and is safe in utilization,which can be used as a routine clinical use on the patients with AECOPD.更多还原
