【摘要】 目的分析该院抗高血压药物的临床应用情况。方法回顾分析该院2009-2011年各类抗高血压药的应用情况,就其销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)进行统计分析。结果 2009-2011年该院抗高血压药物的DDDs用药频度及销售金额保持持续增长,且销售金额的增长率大于用药频度的增长率,3年间DDDs和销售金额稳居第1、2位的分别为钙拮抗剂(CCB)和血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI);血管紧张素受体阻滞剂(ARB)的DDDs和销售金额增长最快。销售金额前10位的药品多数是中、长效药品,硝苯地平控释片销售金额3年连续位居第1位,各年度前10位抗高血压药销售金额占当年抗高血压药总销售金额的比例变化不大。结论该院抗高血压药物的临床应用整体结构较合理,高血压治疗药物的选择应考虑患者用药的依从性和治疗费用,结合病情,制定个性化治疗方案,以达到用药安全、有效、经济、合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis the clinical application of antihypertensive drug in our hospital.Methods Made a retrospective analysis on the application of anti-hypertensive drugs from 2009 to 2011.Made statistical analysis from the amount of sales and DDDs.Results The DDDs and the amount of sales about antihypertensive drugs continued growing from 2009 to 2011,and the growth rate of sales amount was higher than that of the rate of medication frequency.The top two of DDDs and the amount of sales respectively were calcium antagonists(CCB)and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI);The fastest-growing of DDDs and the amount of sales was angiotensin receptor blocker(ARB).The DDDs of amlodipine increased year by year,2011 in the first place.The physician and patient were fond of nifedipine.The main pharmaceutical dosage forms of drugs in the top 10 about pharmaceutical sales amount is medium and long-acting drugs.The No1 of sales amount was nifedipine from 2009 to 2011,there was little change about the proportion of the top ten sales amount in the annual antihypertensives total sales amount.Conclusion The application of antihypertensive drug in this hospital is reasonable.In order to keep the medication is safe,effective,economic and reasonable,the choice of antihypertensive drugs should based on the patient’s compliance,treatment costs and the patient’s condition.更多还原
