【摘要】 目的探讨芪苈强心胶囊联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床效果。方法将CHF患者72例随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例,对照组给予螺内酯片、地高辛片、马来酸依那普利片,以及饮食、运动锻炼等一般治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上应用芪苈强心胶囊。观察2组临床治疗效果,以及左室射血分数(LVEF)、心脏指数(CI)、每分钟心排血量(CO)变化情况。结果治疗组显效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后各项指标情况均优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01和P<0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊联合西药治疗CHF,能增强心肌收缩力,改善心功能,提高疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods 72 cases of patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 36 cases.The control group was given spironolactone tablets,Digoxin tablets and enalapril maleate tablets for treatment.The treatment group was given Qiliqiangxin capsule on the basis of the control group.Before and after treatment,observed the clinical effect and clinical index changes including left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac index(CI),each minute heart exhaust blood volume(CO).Results The significant efficiency of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical index of both groups was better than that before treatment,and the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion Treating CHF with Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with western medicine can enhance myocardial contraction force,improve cardiac function and curative effect.更多还原
