系统规范治疗妊娠合并甲状腺功能亢进症患者42例临床观察

【摘要】 目的观察系统规范治疗对妊娠合并甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)患者的临床疗效。方法将77例妊娠合并甲亢患者按照是否进行系统性治疗分为治疗组42例和对照组35例。治疗组予以丙基硫氧嘧啶口服治疗;对照组妊娠期未经系统治疗或因未及时复查而自行停药。2组检测血清甲状腺激素水平,记录妊娠结局、分娩方式及并发症发生情况。结果治疗组甲状腺激素水平及妊娠结局、分娩方式、并发症发生情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论妊娠患者合并甲亢时,经及时控制与诊治可以正常妊娠,同时应积极预防并发症,对母婴的预后具有重要临床意义。

【Abstract】 Objective System standardized treatment of pregnancy with thyroid function in patients with hyperthyroidism clinical curative effect.Methods To make retrospective research on 77 cases of patients with pregancy complicated with hyperthyrodism.According to the therapy records,the cases has been divided into treatment group (42 cases) and control group (35 cases).The treatment group was treated with propylthiouracil.The control group was not treated systematically or stopped taking medicine due to failing to review timely.The serum thyroid hormone level of 2 groups was detected and the pregnancy outcomes,mode of delivery and complications of all the patients were recorded.Results The levels of thyroid hormone,pregnant outcome,delivery way and complications of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion It could make the pregnancy return to normal though diagnosis and treatment in time to the patients with pregnancy complicated with hyperthyroidism.And the complications should be positively prevented,which has important clinical significance to the maternal and child prognosis.
