多孔载体生物膜反应器深度处理皮革废水的试验研究

【摘要】 本试验采用自制多孔载体生物膜反应器对某皮革厂经物化、生化处理后的出水进行深度处理。研究结果表明:在水中溶解氧DO为2.0~3.0 mg/L,水力停留时间HRT为8 h,进水COD为176.5~256.6 mg/L、氨氮为39.2~58.9 mg/L、总氮为51.9~76.5 mg/L的条件下,经过本反应器处理之后的出水平均COD为75.8 mg/L,平均氨氮质量浓度为8.8 mg/L,平均总氮质量浓度为22.9 mg/L,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中的一级排放标准。

【Abstract】 The secondary effluent from a tannery wastewater was treated by the porous carrier bioreactor. The results showed that at the conditions of the concentration of dissolved oxygen(DO)2.0~3.0 mg/L, hydrodynamic retention time(HRT) 8 h, the concentration of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen(TN) 176.5~256.6 mg/L, 39.2~58.9 mg/L and 51.9~76.5 mg/L respectively, the concentration of COD, ammonia nitrogen and TN in the effluent from the porous carrier bioreactor were about 75.8 mg/L, 8.8 mg/L and 22.9 mg/L respectively.The treated wastewater quality can meet the first grade of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard GB8978-1996.
