【摘要】 本文运用治理理论,分别从欧盟宗教多元的现状、欧盟宗教治理的权能和困境、宗教治理的转型等几个方面对欧盟宗教治理进行了分析。本文认为,欧盟宗教治理的困境肇始于欧洲的政教关系以及欧盟自身的超国家和政府间混合体模式。欧盟的宗教治理包括"硬治理"和"软治理"。"硬治理"方法主要通过欧盟法律的"欧洲化"而旁及宗教,而"软治理"方法则包括建立在参与民主和协商民主理论基础之上的开放式协调和有组织对话。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the theory of governance,this paper discusses the EU’s religious governance by analyzing the religious diversity in the EU,the competence of and difficulties faced by the EU’s religious governance and its transformation.Moreover,this paper believes that the difficulties facing the EU’s religious governance originate from the relationship between Church and State and the EU’s hybrid model of supranationalism and intergovernmentalism.The author divides the EU’s religious governance into "Hard Governance" and "Soft Governance".The "Hard Governance" approach touches upon the EU’s religions mainly through the Europeanization of European Union law,and the "Soft Governance" consists of the Open Method of Coordination and the Structured Dialogue established upon the theories of participatory democracy and deliberative democracy.更多还原
