激光拉曼光谱直接测定维生素C含量

【摘要】 文章利用维生素C在激光拉曼光谱中的2950cm-1峰与溶液中的水峰3402cm-1组成相对强度,建立了激光拉曼光谱直接测定维生素C溶液质量浓度的方法.其线性范围为0.03~0.25g/mL,线性相关系数为0.9958,检出限为0.03g/mL.对两种实样维生素C注射液进行了测定,平均质量浓度分别为0.0989g/mL和0.1223g/mL.并应用该方法对安瓶中的维生素C注射液进行了无损检测,取得了成功.该方法具有测定简单、操作方便,无需添加其他任何化学试剂等优点,是一种绿色环保的分析测定方法.

【Abstract】 Direct determination of vitamin C by Laser Raman Spectroscopy was established by calculating the relative intensity of vitamin C’s peak at 2 950 cm-1 in Laser Raman Spectroscopy and water peak at 3 402 cm-1 in solution. The linear range, linear correlation coefficient and detection limit were 0.03~0.25 g/mL, 0.997 9, 0.03 g/mL, respectively. Two real samples of vitamin C injecta were determined with the average concentration of 0.0989 g/mL and 0.122 3 g/mL. And this method was also successful for non-destructive determination of vitamin C injection. Therefore, it is an environment-friendly determination method with the advantages of simplicity, convenience and no addition of any other chemical reagents.
