【摘要】 目的:观察应用液氮冷冻法治疗结节性痒疹的疗效。方法:将门诊就诊的结节性痒疹病人随机分为两组。治疗组58例采用棉签直接浸泡在液氮中大约30 s后取出立即接触在皮肤处约10~20s,局部皮肤苍白后移去棉签,待皮肤由苍白转为正常肤色,再进行下一次冻融。根据皮损大小、肥厚程度决定冻融次数,一般每次做3~5个冻融,每周1次,疗程4周。对照组47例外用曲安奈德新霉素贴膏(肤疾宁),2天一换,疗程4周。结果:两组总有效率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05),液氮冷冻组疗效优于对照组。结论:液氮冷冻法治疗结节性痒疹,方法简便,疗效可靠,不良反应少,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective To observe the efficacy of liquid nitrogen frozen for the treatment of prurigo nodularis.Methods:105 cases who suffered from prurigo nodularis were divided into two groups randomly.The experimental group will be treated by liquid nitrogen frozen mehtod while the control group be treated by Triamcinolone Acetonide and Neomycin Paste.Then compare the rate of the effection of the two groups.Results:The rate of the effetcion by the two different methods had significant differences(χ2=5.01,P=0.025).Conclusion:liquid nitrogen frozen for the treatment of prurigo nodularis has advantage than other methods.It is simple,effective and less Adverse Reaction.So we believed that this approach should be promoted in clinical area.更多还原
