中药冷湿敷联合光子疗法治疗肛周湿疹的临床研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨中药冷湿敷联合光子疗法治疗肛周湿疹的临床疗效。方法:将2011年1月~2012年8月我院门诊治疗的110例肛周湿疹的患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组外用糖皮质类固醇软膏治疗,实验组采用中药冷湿敷联合光子疗法,比较两组的临床疗效和复发率。结果:实验组痊愈28例,显效16例,有效8例,无效0例,总有效率为100%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且高于对照组。至观察期结束时,实验组复发率:7.7%,对照组复发率:22.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且低于对照组。结论:中药冷湿敷联合光子疗法治疗肛周湿疹疗效可靠,复发率降低,能显著缓解患者的症状,提高生活质量。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate Chinese medicine cold wet compress joint photon treatment of perianal eczema clinical efficacy.January 2011 to August 2012 in our hospital out-patient treatment of 110 patients with perianal eczema patients were randomly divided into experi mental and control groups,control group topical glucocorticoid steroid ointment for the treatment,the experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine cold wet joint photon therapy,the two groups were compared the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate.The re sults of the experimental group,28 cases were cured,16 cases markedly effective in 8 cases,0 ineffective,the total effective rate was 100%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and higher than that of the control group.To the end of the observation period,the experimental group,the recurrence rate: 7.7% in the control group: 22.4%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and lower than the control group.Cold wet compress Conclusion Chinese medicine the joint photon therapy treatment of perianal eczema efficacy reliable,lower relapse rate can significantly relieve the patient’s symptoms,improve quality of life.
