【摘要】 目的:观察针刀配合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将66例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组(针刀配合针灸)36例,对照组(传统针灸推拿治疗)30例,两组治疗4周后观察疗效。结果:治疗组36例,优良率91.67%;对照组30例,优良率76.67%;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组优于对照组。结论:针灸配合针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果较好,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Acupuncture and acupuncture therapy of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 66 pa tients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group(Acupuncture and needle knife) 36 patients in the control group(treated with acupuncture therapy) of 30 cases,the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment effects were observed.Results:The treatment group 36 cases,good rate of 91.67%;control group of 30 cases,excellent rate of 76.67%;the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Treatment group than the control group.Conclusion Acupuncture and acupuncture therapy of lumbar disc herniation is better worthy of clinical application.更多还原
