包病人模式在优质护理中的应用及效果观察
Effect of fully-responsible-nursing in high quality nursing service
【摘要】 目的通过"包病人"模式的应用,让病人感到受尊重、受重视,充分地享受优质服务,提高护理满意度。方法采用随机分组的方法将病员分成实验组和对照组进行护理。结果实验组较对照组满意度提高。
【Abstract】 Object: To modify the pattern of nursing to fully-responsible-nursing mode in order to improve nursing satisfaction and let the patients not only fully enjoy the quality service but also feel respective and attention.Methods: Randomly divided 210 patients into experimental group and control group.Results: The nursing satisfaction has improved.
