除草剂Methiozolin的合成与生物活性
Synthesis and Herbicidal Activity Study of Methiozolin
【摘要】 [目的]Methiozolin是韩国化学技术研究所开发的异唑啉类除草剂,为了研究其除草活性,探索了其合成方法并进行了生物活性测试。[方法]以3-甲基噻吩醛为起始原料,与盐酸羟胺反应制得肟,再经氯化、合环,最后与苄氯反应得到目标产物。[结果]表明该化合物具有良好除草活性且对水稻、小麦安全。
【Abstract】 Methiozolin as a novel herbicide was developed by Korea Research Institute of Chemical Technology.In oder to study the herbicidal activity of methiozolin,the synthetic method and herbicidal activity were explored.[Methods] Methiozolin was synthesized by reacting 3-methylthiophene-2-carbaldehyde with hydroxylamine hydrochloride,and then chlorination,ring closing to get the target product.[Results] The herbicidal activity result shows that methiozolin has good herbicidal activity and at the recommended rate of application the rice and wheat is safe.
