【摘要】 通过对80%高浓度吡蚜酮水分散粒剂的配方研究,并用正交试验方法以润湿性和崩解性2种指标对80%吡蚜酮水分散粒剂的表面活性剂组成及其配比进行了筛选,各组成及其含量为:吡蚜酮原药80%/DIS213 5%、WET-800 3%、葡萄糖2%、硫酸铵6%、玉米淀粉补足100%。结果表明,该制剂配方分散性好,悬浮率为95%,润湿时间20 s,崩解时间60 s,热贮(54±2)℃14 d后合格,各项指标均符合水分散粒剂的质量标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 The formulation study of the high concentration of 80%Pymetrozine water dispersible granules with orthogonal test method was conducted based on the two indexes of wettability and the disintegration.The composition and content of the formulation was Pymetrozine 80%,DIS213 5%,WET-800 3%,glucose 2%,ammonium sulfate 6%,corn starch the rest.The performance test showed that the formulation had good dispersibility,suspension rate was 95%,the wetting time was 20s,the disintegration time was 60s and it was stable after thermal storage under(54±2 )℃for 14 d qualified.The formulation meet the requirement of the quality standard of water dispersible granule.更多还原
