An improvement of the theorem
【摘要】 对被3(或9)整除的整数特征(即文中预备定理)进行改进,对于解决此类问题更便捷.
【Abstract】 This article aims at improving the features of those integers(i.e.the preparatory theorem) which can be exactly divided by 3(or 9),thus making solutions to such problems more convenient.
