【摘要】 建立用高效液相色谱分析丁硫·哒螨灵10%乳油的分析方法。采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈、水为流动相,使用C18色谱柱和紫外检测器,在280nm波长下对哒螨灵和丁硫克百威进行液相色谱分离和定量分析。哒螨灵和丁硫克百威的线性相关系数分别为0.999 5和0.999 3,标准偏差为0.05和0.18,变异系数为1.95%和2.36%,回收率为99.07%和99.40%。本方法精密度、准确度均能满足同时进行哒螨灵和丁硫克百威的分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 A HPLC method was developed for the simultaneous quantitative determination of pyridaben and carbosulfan.The sample was separated and analyzed quantitatively on C18 column and UV detector at 280nm,using acetonitrile and water as mobile phase by reverse phase HPLC.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of pyridaben and carbosulfan were 0.999 5 and 0.999 3.The standard deviation were 0.05 and 0.18,the variation coefficients were 1.95% and 2.36%,the average recovery rates were 99.07% and 99.40%,respectively.The analysis method is accurate,simple,and suitable for the analysis of pyridaben and carbosulfan 10% EC.更多还原
