【摘要】 禁牧政策有利于保护和改善草原生态环境,但从短期来看,禁牧政策的实施造成羊存栏量下降、养殖成本升高、饲养管理技术难度增加和市场经营风险加大等不利影响。因此,本文提出提高禁牧补贴标准、科学划定禁牧方式和期限、普及推广舍饲技术等对策,从而减少禁牧政策对我国养羊业产生的不利影响,实现生态改善、养羊业发展的多重目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 It will benefit the environment to carry out grazing prohibition policy,but it will go against the development of the sheep industry,such as decreasing the sheep stocks in short-period,increasing the breeding cost,causing difficulty on breeding,etc.Carrying out grazing prohibition policies also increase the operating risk of the farmers.In order to reduce the negative effects of the grazing prohibition policies and realize a sustainable development of economic society.Therefore we suggested three countermeasures.First,we should raise the subsidy of the grazing prohibition policies.Second,we can make a suitable schedule to carry out the policies.Third we can increase agricultural technical support to develop feeding sheep.更多还原
