【摘要】 目的 探讨中老年男性血清生殖激素水平变化规律及其与良性前列腺增生（BPH）的关系。方法 将458例中老年患者按年龄分为4组,检测血清生殖激素,分析生殖激素随年龄增长变化规律;每个年龄组再按前列腺体积（V）分为两组,V≥30ml为前列腺增生组,V<30ml为对照组,分析生殖激素水平与前列腺体积的关系。结果 FSH、LH、P在中老年组随年龄增长升高,PRL、E₂、T、T/E₂各年龄组间无显著差别。BPH患者血清FSH、LH、T升高,P、PRL、E2及T/E2无显著变化。结论 血清生殖激素水平在中老年组随年龄变化,BPH与血清生殖激素的改变有一定的关联性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of serum sexual hormones in elderly male and its relativity with benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH).Methods Total of 458 elderly patients were divided into 4 groups according to age range,meanwhile they were also divided into the BPH group and the control group according to prostate volume.The changes of serum sexual hormones were comparatively analyzed among groups to determine it relativity with prostate volume.Results The levels of serum FSH,LH and P increased with age.Levels of serum FSH,LH,T in the patients with BPH were higher than those of the control.Conclusion Levels of serum sexual hormones in elderly male increased with their age.BPH is correlated with the changes of serum sexual hormones.更多还原
