高效液相色谱测定金秋梨中吡虫啉残留量

【摘要】 建立了高效液相色谱分析金秋梨中吡虫啉残留的方法。样品选择乙腈提取,Carbon/NH2固相萃取柱净化后,采用高效液相色谱紫外检测器测定,该法最小检出量为2×10-10g,定量限为0.02 mg/kg。在添加量为0.02~0.20 mg/kg范围内,吡虫啉平均回收率为101%~103%,相对标准偏差为1.0%~3.0%。该法准确度高,灵敏度高,线性好,完全满足吡虫啉农药残留分析的要求。

【Abstract】 The analysis method for imidaclprid residues in Jinqiu pear by HPLC(high performance liquid phase chromatography) was established. The sample was extracted from Jinqiu pear with acetonitrile and the extract was purified on Carbon/NH2 SPE column and determined adopting the HPLC-UV(high performance liquid phase chromatography-ultra-violet detector). The lowest detection limit of the instrument for imidaclprid was 2×10-10g and the quantitative limit was 0.02 mg/kg. Within the range of the additive amount of 0.02~0.20 mg/kg, the average recovery rate of imidaclprid was 101% ~103%. The method shows a high accuracy,high sensitivity and a good linearity and meets the requirement of imidaclprid residue analysis.
