【Abstract】 Based on geographic environmental features of ecological construction(EC) in Ningxia,the faceing situation and challenges of Ningxia EC is pointed out at present,these are building eco-protective shelter for ecological security in China,the EC problems of East Ningxia Energy Base,increasing the carbon storage cope with climate change,and then,innovative mechanisms,investment increasing,scientific planning are discussed.更多还原
