【摘要】 目的 :分析syf2在非小细胞肺癌中的表达情况及其与临床病理参数之间的关系。方法 :Western Blot分析6对非小细胞肺癌组织和癌旁组织中syf2的蛋白表达差异,免疫组化分析89例非小细胞肺癌组织中syf2的表达情况。结果:Syf2在非小细胞肺癌组织中表达较癌旁组织高;syf2在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达情况与肿瘤的分化程度及临床分级显著相关(P<0.05),与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、组织学类型及肿瘤的淋巴结转移无相关性。结论:Syf2的表达与非小细胞肺癌的进展相关,提示syf2可能是非小细胞肺癌不良预后的一个指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyse expression of syf2 in non-small cell lung cancer and the correlation between expression of syf2 and clinicopathologic variables. Methods: Western Blot was used to detect the expression of syf2 in 6 pairs tumor tissues and adjacent nontumorous tissues, immunohistochemistry technique was performed to analyse expression of syf2 in 89 lung cancer samples. Results: Expression of syf2 was up-regulated in lung cancer tissues than in adjacent nontumorous tissues; expression of syf2 had a positive correlation with clinical stage and histological differentiation, but no correlation was found between the presence of syf2 and other factors such as age, sex, and lymph node status. Conclusion: The level of syf2 was related to the progression of lung cancer and it might serve as a potential marker to evaluate the prognosis of lung cancer.更多还原
