数控机床高速齿轮式主轴的齿轮组优化设计及仿真分析
Optimization design and simulation analysis of gear group of high speed gear spindle of NC machine tools
【摘要】 采用基于C语言的优化设计程序选取数控机床高速齿轮式主轴的齿轮组关键设计参数和最佳中心距,在设计变量中加入斜齿轮组的变位系数,在约束方程中考虑变位系数对传动性能和中心距的影响.利用上述参数,对齿轮机构进行实体建模、装配和运动仿真.仿真结果表明,所设计的齿轮组啮合部位没有出现干涉挤压区域、输出轴的转速平稳和没有明显的冲击.
【Abstract】 The article calculates and selects the optimal distance and key design parameters based on the C program language,with the gear modification coefficient being considered as the design variable, which influences the transmission performance and center distance. The design defects can be found out through solid modeling and assembly and motion simulation,which verify the correctness of the op- timization design parameters. Simulation results proved that the interference area of gear engagement field did not exist,and the speed of output axis was stable,with less vibration.
