树脂催化废食用油预酯化试验研究

【摘要】 以SCX-9,D002,D061,D072这4种离子交换树脂作为固体催化剂,进行树脂间歇催化废食用油预酯化试验.研究了反应温度、催化剂用量、反应时间和树脂种类对废食用油预酯化反应的影响.研究结果表明,SXC-9型树脂适宜于废食用油的预酯化反应,最佳反应条件为:反应温度65℃,醇油摩尔比12∶1,催化剂用量30%,反应时间9 h.在此条件下进行预酯化反应,酯化率可达90.24%.

【Abstract】 Using SCX-9,D002,D061,D072 ion exchange resin as catalysts,the effect of reaction temperature,dosage of catalyst,reaction time and the kind of resin on preesterification of waste edible oil was investigated.The results show that the SXC-9 resin was the most appropriate catalyst and the optimum preesterification conditions were as follows: reaction temperature was 65 ℃,molar ratio of methanol to oil was 12∶1,dosage of catalyst was 30% reaction time was 9 h.Under this condition,the preesterification conversion rate reached 90.24%.
