【摘要】 目的:探讨超声对月国窝囊肿诊断及介入治疗的临床意义。方法:回顾性分析126例住院患者的136个月国窝囊肿的声像图资料,并与手术病理对照分析。结果:136个超声诊断月国窝囊肿与术中所见、术后病理完全符合者134个,符合率98.5%。根据声像图特点将本组所见月国窝囊肿分为Ⅲ型。110个囊肿行切开或关节镜手术,手术治愈率(105/110)95.5%;对26个进行超声引导经皮穿刺注射药物治疗。Ⅰ型月国窝囊肿治愈率100%;Ⅱ型月国窝囊肿治愈率20%;Ⅲ型月国窝囊肿治愈率80%。结论:超声在月国窝囊肿的临床诊断中有特异性诊断价值,可作为临床诊治的首选检查;超声引导经皮穿刺药物注射治疗月国窝囊肿效果良好,并且本方法安全有效,可以推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the value of the ultrasound examination in the diagnosis and treatment of popliteal cyst.Methods: A retrospective analysis on 136 cases suspected of 126 patients as extra uterine pregnancy diagnosed by ultrasound examination was performed.Results: The 136 cases were diagnosed to be popliteal cyst by ultrasonography and 134 cases were confirmed by clinical.The diagnostic accuracy rate was 98.5%.According to the sonographic features,this group was divided into three types;116 cases underwent open or arthroscopic operation,the cure rate of operation(105/110) 95.5%.26 cases of ultrasound guided percutaneous injection of drug treatment.Cure rate of typeⅠ of popliteal cyst was 100%,typeⅡwas 20%;type III was 80%.Conclusion:The ultrasonography provides significant information for the diagnosis of popliteal cyst.ultrasound guided percutaneous injection of drug treatment of popliteal cyst effect is good,effective and safe,and can be widely applied.更多还原
