头孢曲松低敏淋球菌中penA基因的初步研究

【摘要】 目的:检测头孢曲松低敏淋球菌中penA基因的改变,探讨其是否与淋球菌对头孢曲松敏感性降低有关。方法:通过对5株头孢曲松低敏和1株头孢曲松敏感的淋球菌进行penA基因全基因测序,进一步了解penA基因的碱基置换或插入情况及青霉素结合蛋白2(PBP2)的结构模式。结果:5株头孢曲松低敏淋球菌的penA基因中有多个碱基置换或突变,没有发现含有镶嵌状penA基因结构模式。结论:penA基因的多个碱基置换或突变可能与淋球菌对头孢曲松敏感性降低相关。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the penA gene change in Neisseria gonorrhoeae isolates with reduced susceptibility to ceftriaxone,and the relationship between the penA gene and reduced ceftriaxone susceptibility.Methods:To sequencing five strains with decreased susceptibility to ceftriaxone and a sensitive ceftriaxone gonococcal full-length penA gene encoding,fathom penA gene base substitution or inserted into the case and penicillin-binding protein 2(PBP2)penA gene structural pattern.Results:There are multiple base substitution or mutation in five strains with decreased susceptibility to ceftriaxone gonococcal penA gene,and not found to contain the mosaic penA gene structural pattern.Conclusions:Multiple base substitution or mutation in the penA gene may be associated with reduced ceftriaxone susceptibility of Neisseria gonorrhoeae.
