【Abstract】 On the condition of electron-LO-phonon strong coupling,the eigenenergy and eigenfunction of the ground state and the first excited state of the electron in quantum ring are obtained by solving precisely the time-independent Schr dinger equation.Numerical calculations indicate that the quality factors of free rotation decreases with increasing the inner radius(or outer radius)of the quantum ring,and it increases with increasing the electron-LO-phonon coupling strength.更多还原
