【摘要】 从内蒙古呼和浩特市土默特左旗、锡林郭勒盟多伦县、白旗、赤峰市敖汉旗等12个地区不同林木根围收集土样分离得到32个细菌菌株,利用16SrDNA区域序列分析并结合形态学和生理生化特性对这些菌株进行了分类学研究,探讨了内蒙古土壤细菌物种多样性及其分布。共鉴定出4属15种,29个菌株,分属于Bacillus、Xanthomonas、Serratia和Pseudomonas 4个属。更多还原

【Abstract】 32 bacterial strains have been isolated from the soil samples collected in different forest trees from 12 districts,such as Tumote Zuoqi in Hohhot,Duolun County and Bai Qi in Xilinguole League,Aohan Qi in Chifeng and so on. The taxonomic studies have been done by use of 16SrDNA domain sequence analysis combined with morphological and physiological and biochemical characteristics. The species diversity of soil bacteria and their distribution have been discussed in Inner Mongolia.
