固沙措施对人工生物结皮层养分和颗粒组成的影响

【摘要】 采用野外取样和室内分析测定方法,研究了不同沙障规格、流动沙地不同部位和喷洒人工生物结皮后生长时间等对人工生物结皮层养分和颗粒组成特征变化的影响。结果表明:0.5 m×0.5 m沙障网格保护下人工生物结皮层有机质、速效氮、速效磷含量分别是1.0 m×1.0 m沙障网格保护下的1.13倍、1.51倍和1.36倍,物理性粘粒、粘粒含量分别是1.0 m×1.0 m沙障网格保护下的1.09倍、1.03倍。丘间地和背风平缓沙丘的人工生物结皮更有利于颗粒物质沉积和养分含量的增加,并随着人工生物结皮接种后生长发育时间的延长,人工生物结皮层的养分含量、颗粒物质含量明显增加,其固沙效果也随之增强。

【Abstract】 By use of sampling in the field and indoor analysis and measurement,the influences of different sizes of sand barrier,different part in moving dune and the growing time after spraying the artificial biological crusts on the change of the nutrient and particle composition in artificial biological crusts have been studied.The results show that the content of organic matter,available nitrogen and available phosphorus and the content physical clay and clay particle in 0.5 m×0.5 m sand barrier are 1.13 times,1.51 times,1.36 times,1.09 times and 1.03 times of the ones in 1.0 m×1.0 m sand barrier separately.The artificial biological crusts in the fields among hills and the leeward gentle dunes are more benefitial to the deposition of particle matter and the increases of nutrient content.And with the prolonging of the time of growth and development for the artifical biological crusts after inoculation,the contents of nutrient and particle matter in artificial biological crusts increase obviously,and the effects of sand fixation increase too.
