【摘要】 我国现行道路交通噪声评价方法已经使用了近30年的时间,在一些方面已不适应于当今的道路状况和监管需要。本文针对现行方法,从监测方法和评价方法两个方面探讨了改进的要点。新方法的优势是在噪声数据测量上更准确且更具代表性,在评价上以预测辅助实测,在评价城市总体水平的基础上兼顾不同道路的噪声排放细节。更多还原

【Abstract】 The current road traffic noise evaluation method has been used for nearly 30 years,no longer suited to today’s road conditions and regulatory requirements in some areas.In this paper,we make a discussion on how to improve the existing method from the two aspects of monitoring and evaluation.The advantages of the new method are more accurate and more representative in noise measurement,using prediction technique to assist measurement,and taking into account the roads’ noise emissions details.更多还原
