石榴籽油脂的提取及脂肪酸组成研究
A Study on the Extraction of Pomegranate Seed Oil and Its Fatty Acid Composition
【摘要】 对比研究溶剂提取、微波辅助提取、超声波辅助提取以及超临界CO2流体萃取四种方法提取石榴籽中油脂的效果,最大出油率分别为21.98%、13.51%、15.21%、17.62%。采用气象色谱(GC)方法分析石榴籽油中油脂成分及脂肪酸组成,脂肪酸含量最高的为石榴酸,占81.028%。用DPPHo法和测定过氧化值的方法评价石榴籽油的抗氧化活性,最大清除率为62.23%,并且对植物油脂有很好的抗氧化活性。
【Abstract】 Comparative study is conducted to examine the effects of four methods to extract oil from pomegranate seeds,viz.solvent extraction,microwave-assisted extraction,ultrasound-assisted extraction and supercritical CO2 fluid extraction;the maximum oil yields are respectively 21.98%,13.51%,15.21%,17.62%.Gas Chromatography(GC) is used to analyze the content of pomegranate seed oil and its fatty acid composition;pomegranate acid takes up the largest percentage in total fatty acids,accounting for 81.028%.DPPH.method and peroxide value determination method are used to evaluate the antioxidant activity of pomegranate seed oil;the maximum clearance rate is 62.23%,and it has high antioxidant activity to vegetable fats and oils.
