循环流化床锅炉燃烧控制系统稳定性提高方法探讨
Discussion of Methodology on Upgrading Stability of CFB Boiler Combustion Control System
【摘要】 介绍了典型循环流化床锅炉控制系统构成与特点,对影响循环流化床锅炉燃烧控制系统稳定性的引风量、送风量(包括一、二次风量)、燃料量等因素进行了分析,认为一、二次风量调整对机组负荷、主汽压力以及床温等参数的影响较显著。探讨了基于现有燃烧控制系统结构的炉膛压力调节、一次风量调节、总风量调节及主蒸汽压力调节等系统稳定性的控制方法。
【Abstract】 Combined with the characteristics of CFB boiler control system,the factors which affected the combustion control system′s stability of CFB were analyzed.Amount of fuel and the effect of parameters just as the unit load,the main steam pressure and the bed temperature by primary air and secondary air flow adjustment were described.Control methods based on existing combustion control system structure were discussed,ultimately,expect to increase the combustion control system stability of CFB.
