TP347H不锈钢高温过热器爆管原因分析

【摘要】 内蒙古华电卓资发电有限公司4×200 MW空冷机组1号锅炉高温过热器在试生产期间连续发生爆裂泄漏,对爆破管取样进行宏观观察及微观检测试验等综合分析,确认引起爆管的原因为高温过热器管节流孔堵塞,影响了蒸汽的循环流动,从而导致受热面管子超温爆管。通过采用电子内窥镜检查,将过热器管节流孔处有异物堵塞的高温过热器管全部进行了更换,处理后再未发生因节流孔堵塞而发生的爆管现象。

【Abstract】 During trial production period in Inner Mongolia Huadian Zhuozi Power Co.,Ltd.,witnessed continuous burst and leakage on the first boiler of 4×200 MW air cooling unit continually occurring.After comprehensive analysis of the macroscopic observation and microscopic testing of the burst section sampling,the cause for the burst has been found out.The over-temperature burst of the tubes at the heating surface was due to the poor steam circulation resulted from high temperature superheater tube throttle orifice blockage.Through electronic endoscopic examination,the tubes on high temperature superheater which are blocked at superheater throttle orifice have been completely replaced.After the treatment,tube burst due to throttle orifice blockage has never happened again.
