【Abstract】 In recent years,the rapid disappearance of the minority culture has aroused widespread concern in the community,and a large number of non- governmental organizations are involved in the protection of minority culture in the cause,playing an irreplaceable role in the inheritance of ethnic culture. However,because China’s existing legal framework and management system is flawed and non- governmental organizations are still inadequate,there are many problems.
