【摘要】 土地是人类赖以生存和开展社会活动的重要资源。同其他资源相比,土地资源具有一定的独特性,是资源安全的重要组成部分。随着我国城市化和工业化进程的加快,产生了人多地少、土地需求量大等城市土地资源供给与需求之间不平衡的现象,这成为我国当前现代化建设所面临的关键问题。呼和浩特市作为内蒙古快速发展的缩影,在城市化率不断提高的进程中,城市发展与土地资源利用之间的矛盾也日益加剧,合理规划和利用土地资源成为其今后发展的关键问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Land resource is the significant resource for human beings to survive and carry out social activities.Compared with other resources,land resource is unique and it is an important component of the resource security.With the speeding process of China’s urbanization and industrialization,we encounter many key problems in the modernization construction such as the imbalance between resource demand and supply in which the land supply can not meet the land demand of the large population.The conflict between between urbanization and land utilization is increasingly aggravating in Hohhot,the epitome of the rapid development of Inner Mongolia.Reasonable planning and utilization of land resources becomes the key measures for the development in the future.更多还原
