【Abstract】 In Russia,the period ranging from 1907 to the outbreak of the First World War is usually called the Stolypin reform period.Just like the Great Reform which started liberating the peasants in 1861,Stolypin implemented new agricultural policy in 1906 which inevitably caused a subsequent series of reforms.The Stolypin vigorous reform is the one of the major attempts in modernization in Russia,which went on farther and more profound than the reforms he undertook before.The success or failure of the reform,to a large extent,determined the fate of the Russia tsarist regime.更多还原
