【摘要】 实行股份制的RCH合作社是德国农业合作社的典型代表,具有组织严密、覆盖面广、分工明确、专业化程度高、规避风险能力强等特点,利润在近8年来一直保持增长态势。中国农民专业合作社是随农村改革发展大潮应运而生的新生事物,是亿万农民在实践中的伟大创造。我国已连续10年在中央一号文件中聚焦"三农"问题,党和政府高度重视发展农业产业化,出台了一系列强有力的支持政策和措施,帮助农民专业合作社实现了快速发展、健康发展。基于我国目前新型农民专业合作社的现状,对中国农民专业合作社的历史演变及发展现状进行了深刻分析,并提出中国农民专业合作社发展的对策及建议,以促进我国农业现代化。更多还原

【Abstract】 RCH joint-stock cooperative is a typical representative of the German agricultural cooperatives,it has perfect organization,wide coverage,clear division of labor,high degree of specialization,and the ability to prevent risk.The profit of RCH cooperative has been maintaining growth in the past eight years.The Chinese farmers’specialized cooperatives are new things which came into being along with the reform and development in rural areas.They are great creation by hundreds of millions of peasants in practice.China has focused on the three dimensional rural issues for ten years,and the Party and government attach great importance to the development of agricultural industrialization.The government has promulgated a series of strong support policies and measures to help rural cooperatives.Based on the current situation of China’s rural cooperatives,it is necessary to carry out a profound analysis,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to the development of China’s rural cooperatives thus to promote the process of agricultural modernization.更多还原
