地矿类专业“双主体融合式”合作教育
Cooperative education of Double Subject Integration in mine geology
【摘要】 针对当前地矿类专业校企合作的现状,阐述了"双主体融合式"高职人才培养方式的内涵,就该培养方式的具体操作方法进行了说明,得出了要想使校企合作健康发展必须搭建合作平台、完善合作制度、构建合作机制、使其成为合作利益的共同体这一结论。
【Abstract】 In view of current school-enterprise cooperation in mine geology,analyses were made of the content of a talent training model,"Double Subject Integration", of higher vocational education as well as its operating methods. Findings show that the guarantee of healthy development of school-enterprise cooperation involves building a cooperation platform, improving the cooperation system, constructing the cooperation mechanism, and finally turning the model into a community of cooperative interest.
