【摘要】 目的:观察长春西汀治疗老年冠心病的疗效及其对炎症因子TNF-α(肿瘤坏死因子-α)、MCP-1(单核细胞趋化蛋白-1)、IL-18(白细胞介素-18)及血液流变学的影响。方法:将100例老年冠心病患者随机分为对照组50例,给予常规药物治疗;治疗组50例,在常规药物治疗的基础上运用30mg长春西汀。9天为一疗程。结果:①治疗组与对照组比较,总有效率具有显著性差异,P<O.05。②两组治疗后TNF-α、MCP-1、IL-18水平均较前下降,且治疗组改善明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<O.05)。③两组治疗后红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原、全血黏度高切、全血黏度低切、血浆黏度均较治疗前降低,且治疗组疗效明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:①长春西汀能够提高老年冠心病的临床疗效。②常规药物治疗的基础上加用长春西汀,在降低炎症因子TNF-α、MCP-1、IL-18水平及改变血液流变学的特点上有一定意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy of vinpocetine to treat coronary in elderly patients and its impact on theinflammatory cytokines TNF-α( TNF-α),MCP-1( monocyte chemoattractant protein-1),IL-18( interleukin-18) and hemorheology. Methods: 100 cases of coronary were randomly divided into a control group of 50 patients were treated with conventional therapy; treatment group of 50 patients were treated with 30mg vinpocetine after the conventional therapy. 9 days for a course. Results: ①Treatment group compared with the control group,the total effective rate was significant difference( P < 0. 05). ②After treatment,TNF-α,MCP-1,IL-18 levels decreased than before treatment,and the treatment group decreased significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). ③After treatment,hematocrit,fibrinogen,high and low shear of whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity were lower than before treatment, and the efficacy of treatment group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05).
